Highway Assurance Ltd are seeking a new Traffic Management Supervisor to join our team. (2x Positions)

• Lantra Qualified (low & high Speed desirable)
• Full UK Manual Drivers License
• A good level of experience in Highway Scheme Delivery and workforce Supervision
• Experience of managing and supervising Traffic Management Operatives with the ability to maintain and create reports, performance reviews, etc.
• The ability to cope under pressure and deadlines, whilst able to think on your feet.
• A sound knowledge of Health & Safety.
• Be willing to cover our working area of Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire & London

Your daily roles will consist of the following:

• Use initiative and make decisions on site escalating to the appropriate manager when required.
• Undertake site inductions with all site teams and subcontractors.
• Help deliver toolbox talks
• Populating inhouse systems (Knowledge of My Mobile Workers Advantageous)
• Monitor daily workload and organise operatives.
• Effectively liaise and communicate with site teams and subcontractors.
• Keep daily records of the work and performance of the teams.
• Ensure all plant / vehicle and equipment checks are completed and recorded as per company policies.
• Organise Job Packs & Issue to Operatives
• Any other duties deemed necessary for the job role

In this role, you would be expected to work Monday - Friday with flexibility, as this includes both day & night time supervision.

Inclusive of this role is 28 days holiday per annum (This includes bank holidays), and a Company works vehicle.
