Head of Operations - Plant Hire

Salary:
£70,000 + Annual Bonus, Pension, Private Health Care & Company Car

Location:
Midlands or Southern England - National Remit

Role - Head of Operations - Plant Hire:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful Rental business.

A position has become available to recruit a Head of Operations to lead the dynamic and efficient day to day running of operations function within the business.

Focussing on managing and developing the Operations, Parts, Service and P+L to provide a first-class service to both staff and customers, whilst assisting the sales team's performance through precise interaction.

The role will involve overseeing a nationwide branch network, overseeing remote teams of engineers and controlling costs & efficiencies. It will report directly to the Operations Director.

Plant Hire**:

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following:

Hands on Experienced Operations Manager across multi-site locations.
Previous experience of managing large teams of mobile service technicians.
Experience of the rental/hire sector preferred.
Based Midlands or Southern England.
Experience of handling a P+L.
