Role Profile:
Key Account Hire Controller


Purpose:
Join the Key Accounts Hiredesk to service all of our Key Account and HS2 Customers


As a key influencer across the Lynch team this role will help implement and embed the company vision and behaviours across all that we do.

Reporting Lines:

You will report into the Key Account Hiredesk Manager


Focus areas of the role:

The success of the role will be measured against the effective implementation of the following focus areas:

  • Taking hire enquiries from our Key Account and HS2 Customers
  • Supply good advice on products available, or alternative options
  • Completing quotation on our Syrinx System
  • Engaging with suppliers to negotiate pricing and building strong relationships
  • Ensuring all queries are resolved within a timely manner
  • Work closely with all other Depots and Departments to ensure hire demands are met, including logistics, recruitment and credit control.

To be successful in this role you will need the following skills, behaviours, and abilities:

  • Bring passion and energy to your work is essential.
  • You will have a natural drive to collaborate with internal teams and customers, driving a real ONE TEAM approach.
  • A Can-Do attitude will enable you to excel in this role and beyond in your Lynch career.
  • Previous administration experience would be of an advantage but not necessary.
  • The ability to work accurately with good attention to detail, helping us a achieve our "right first time" customer service.
  • To be a selfmotivated individual
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, must be a team player.

Education & Qualifications/Experience

  • Strong coherent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Business drive and strong work ethic
  • Strong sense of urgency, responsibility, and accountability
  • Process improvement and working smarter
  • Excellent digital capabilities, you will be a key team player to drive efficiencies into our team through your best practice IT skills.
