About The Job
We are looking for a strong leader to be part of our team.

Our CDC's play a pivotal role in the success of our business The Warehouse Team Leader is responsible for directing a team of operatives to meet targets.

You will need to ensure that agreed productivity rates are achieved.

You will need to us IT and manual procedures to monitor staff performance and train your team to the highest standard.

Whilst ensuring that damages are kept below the agreed levels (always aiming for no damaged stock).


About You:

You will be able to demonstrate effective leadership skills. You will need to be able and comfortable in training others and have knowledge of health and safety. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

You will be briefing your team on a daily and weekly basis so you will need to be confident and able to provide positive and motivational talks.

Ideally you will have previous experience as a Team Leader, Warehouse Team Leader or Warehouse Supervisor.


About You:
