Venn Group are partnering with multiple Housing Associations across London on the hiring of Service Charge Officers on temporary contracts for 3 -6 months.

These Service Charge Officer vacancies are offering rates of £18 - £25 per hour depending on experience.

You will be performing a range of activities as follows:

  • Monitoring service charge accounts to ensure expenditure has been correctly coded, and making corrections/adjustments where necessary
  • Monitoring service charge expenditure at individual housing scheme level, highlighting any significant discrepancies from budgets
  • Keeping accurate records of expenditure, including copies of invoices with individual housing schemes
  • Responding to enquiries from colleagues and tenants/leaseholders as required

Role Requirements:

  • Service charge experience
  • Basic Excel skills
  • Housing association experience (desirable)
