Why this role?

We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Manager to manage a busy and varied team; this unique and exciting role is a great opportunity within a reputable organisation.

What will you be doing?
As the Recruitment Manager your responsibilities will mostly consist of:

Working collaboratively with managers across the organisation along with HR to deliver a strategic approach to recruitment
Managing the team's ownership of specific recruitment campaigns
Providing managers with advice and guidance on appropriate approaches for recruitment and selection process
Set targets and monitor performance
Manage, review, and resolve any issues relating to budgets
Work closely with suppliers and partners to negotiate and manage projects

Your background:

You will ideally have experience within a similar role, a proven track record of managing a team within a large and complex organisation along with delivering solutions-based recruitment support.

Experience of working in a role that uses Management, HR andProject Management skills.

This role is a 12 month contract.
