Description
An international business based in Poole are seeking to recruit a Finance Business Partner for an initial period of 6-months
Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for:

  • Develop cost centre reporting to enable accurately and timely reporting of costs, variance analysis & next step recommendations
  • Lead cyclical cost centre review sessions with senior stakeholders providing key financial support & challenge
  • Improve governance, control & reporting around project accounting for global technology projects
  • Enhance project reporting & build strong relationships to ensure the business have a clear view on project spend vs. progress of project
  • Be clear on risks & opportunities within the cost base taking appropriate action to mitigate or capitalise on, alongside the technology heads
Skills and Experience required for the Finance Business Partner

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
  • Proven and demonstrable business partnering experience or technical role within a large corporate environment
  • Highly analytical with a good attention to detail
  • Good communication skills with the ability to present plans to support business decisions to both finance and nonfinance stakeholders
Salary, Benefits and working arrangements for the Finance Business Partner
- £55-£65k per annum + benefits & hybrid working
