Responsibilities:


  • As our HR Advisor, you will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring the local and Group HR plans are delivered.
  • Responding to daytoday queries from colleagues and managers providing firstclass service at all times.
  • Partnering with operations and support functions to build relationships, share expertise, coach and guide to promote diversity, equality, and inclusion.
  • Undertaking induction activities
  • Creating an engagement and wellbeing annual calendar of events and ensuring delivery within HR budgets.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • CIPD level 5 qualification or working towards and/or commercial experience with competent knowledge and understanding of Employment Law and GDPR.
  • Experience of managing at least one team member.
  • Ability to perform under own initiative and as part of a team and work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Uptodate knowledge of employee relations and relevant legislation.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience of HR Systems, outlook and advanced Excel/Word.
