The ability to work calmly and often under pressure is essential. A good working knowledge of current ICT packages is required and previous experience of working in a school environment would be an advantage. However, we have a strong commitment to developing our staff so you can also expect to engage in a range of training activities. As such this is an excellent preparation for anyone considering a career in either teaching or supporting students' learning.
