Led your team

  • You were a strategic and inspirational leader. You led by example, fostering a positive and inclusive culture in your location
  • You analysed the store's performance, targets, trends, KPIs with your management team
  • You held development catch ups with your team, motivating them to exceed store targets and develop themselves within our brand
  • You identified some team training needs on product knowledge and services and you looked to implement training activities to combat these needs
  • You planned and led the agenda for daily briefings and listened to feedback from your team
  • You delivered feedback and coached your sales assistants, along with giving recognition and praise
Co-creation and service delivery

  • You created an exceptional customer experience for every client, through all communication channels
  • You spent quality time on the sales floor observing and giving feedback to your team about customer experience, you made sure you were visible and could inspire.
Store performance and operations

  • You communicated with other departments across the business from Operations to Commercial
  • You gave advice on Designer Exchange policies and procedures from your team within your store.
  • You took responsibility for the security and management of store stock holding you made sure your team were trained on the security guidelines, to protect the business
  • You reviewed the visual appearance of the store to the Designer Exchange guidelines
  • You escalated maintenance concerns, as well as health and safety concerns to your Operations Manager and HR and the Maintenance departments
  • Have a passion and understanding for the importance of sustainability
- a similar environment with 1-3 years experience
- leading teams in excess of 7-10 in a retail environment.
- their ability to use a till system, Gmail, Google drive & Google sites
- their ability to lead, motivate, train and develop a team through management.
