Salary:
Appointments are normally made at the starting salary, however comparable skills and experience will be considered. Future progression is based on annual performance review.


Hours per week: 35 hours per week (Full Time)


Closing Date: 05th March 2023


Location:
Chelsea, (London) with the requirement to work flexibly between Chelsea and Sutton as required. This role is eligible for hybrid working.


Job Details:


The Head of Governance will be responsible for the effectiveness of the ICR's governing body and committees in line with statutory and regulatory requirements and the ICR's constitution.

They are also responsible for delivering strategic projects and leading the annual corporate planning process.

This is an interesting role where you will have the opportunity to be providing advice and best judgement on governance matter impacting on the wider organisation.


Key Requirements


You will have experience working in governance management and excellent interpersonal and communication skills to enable you to manage multiple complex executive stakeholder relationships.

You will also have demonstrable experience of working with boards and committees ideally in a charity or higher education sector along with experience of working in an environment where you are dealing with complex issues and working under pressure with competing priorities.
