We are currently recruiting for a high-level new business telesales member to build and grow our team.

YOU MUST HAVE PROVEN RECENT EXPERIENCE IN HIGH LEVEL TELESALES

You Will Need:

• A highly positive cando attitude
• To be hungry, driven, hardworking and smart
• A basic understanding of M365 and technology.
• Not have a fear of targets and KPI's

Main Tasks You will be responsible for:

• Consistently making a strong quantity of quality phone calls per day.
• Making targeted and focused calls to develop & increase ongoing business.
• Building a warm pipeline of potential clients to revisit based on their contract end dates with their current provider.
• Emailing necessary information.

Must Have's:
You will need to have proven experience in, and a high passion for:

• Making phone calls on a solo basis in an open plan office with confidence & enthusiasm
• Closing appointments and leads professionally on the phone.
• Handling rejection with resilience and professionalism
• Overcoming challenges with positivity and without loss of enthusiasm
• Making decisions quickly and decisively while unsupported when it comes to booking appointments and generating leads.
• Building relationships for the long term with potential new business prospects

Are you up for the challenge? -
Basic salary between £22,000 - £24,000 (Prorated)

OTE (realistic Y1) £32,0000 - £40,000 (Uncapped Earnings)

The role is open to full time or (pro rata) part time to suit if you have the right skill set.
