As a Talent Executive at Nivoda,you will join our People team to support our Talent Acquisition process from end to end.
This is an integral role within the People team at Nivoda, helping to facilitate exponential growth while developing your own skills as the company scales.
We are looking for a passionate 'people person' to take ownership over the end-to-end recruitment process, using a creative multi-channel approach to scale our teams globally.

What you'll do:
- Own the end to end recruitment process from screening CVs and conducting initial screening interviews.
- Keep track of all open positions through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Carry out relevant reference and background checks.
- Manage onboarding for new joiners.
- Manage offboarding exercises, working closely with team managers and People Partners to close out all stages quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure employee details on ATS and HR employee portal are correct and up to date.
What you'll need:
- 12 years of experience in handling the end to end recruitment process.
- Experience recruiting globally, preferably across EMEA
- Proven track record of success achieving and exceeding metrics and goals
- Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems and job portals
- Experience with multichannel sourcing techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great negotiation skills
