Operations - Private EquityMy client is the fastest growing HMO fund in the UK, and they are looking for a bright and highly motivated Operations Manager to join their dynamic team
ROLE
The Operations Manager will directly support the Head of Operations in regards to its duties, including the following:
- High level of exposure to problem solving, addressing operational challenges in an efficient and robust manner
- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
- Develop bestinclass systems to handle the granular nature of the asset class
- Liaise with the team across numerous functions to improve the overall operational performance
- Monitor KPIs in realtime and implement corporate policies and procedures
- Manage daytoday operations of the business
- Maintain relationships with external parties
- University Degree, academic excellence
- Experienced professional with strong exposure to operations in Consulting, Financial services or Real Estate
- Proven track record in the creation, implementation and/or development of operational frameworks
- Well organised and disciplined individual with a passion for operational excellence
- Strong interpersonal skills with good eye for detail, work ethic and highly driven team player
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience in real estate and private equity fund structure is a plus
Responsible for the day-to-day management of the fund:
- Change management,
- Compliance,
- Investor Relations,
- Insurance,
- IT,
- Oversight of outsourcing partners,
- Risk,
- Business strategies
- Plans
- Procedures
