Job Description Summary:

From day one, you'll take charge of producing digital design outputs that actively contribute to moulding experiences for a varied portfolio of clients and brand audiences.

This position offers the chance to immerse yourself in a diverse array of project types, collaborating with professionals from different disciplines.

Your role will involve conceptualising and developing digital designs for various platforms, making crucial decisions on functionality and innovative design.

Additionally, you'll play a key role in inspiring our development team to create exciting and user-friendly digital experiences.

Job Description:
What you can expect to be doing

Shape the digital design process, encompassing the creation of user personas, mapping user journeys, crafting wireframes, and developing a design system
Work closely with the strategy and development teams to create integrated UX/UI design systems.
Deliver endtoend design support across project life spans including research, concepting, prototyping, design guidelines, and QA.
Craft usercentred design approach with a focus on accessibility
Strong understanding of UI design principles such as composition, typography and iconography
Diligently collaborating with developers to ensure design integrity is maintained.
Consistently challenge the norm, actively seeking novel approaches to bring brands to life in the digital environment.
Offer colleagues and clients digital design advice grounded in industry best practices.
Enthusiastically staying current with the latest trends and driving innovation in UI design solutions.
Staying uptodate with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, and incorporating them into your work. Sharing these internally and externally, as appropriate.
Input to insights, thought leadership and R&D experiments

Requirements:

Showcase of a robust digital portfolio featuring relevant work.
Proficient in digital design and prototyping software, with a primary focus on Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Previous experience working in an agency.
Familiarity with frontend development, including a comprehensive understanding of its flexibilities and limitations.
Indepth knowledge of usercentered design principles, adept at translating complex ideas into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
Understanding of digital design systems, design processes
