This post is full time and permanent, working 35 hours per week.
The Alumni Relations and Events Administrator is a new role based within the award-winning Alumni Relations Office. This post is crucial to supporting and enhancing engagement between the University and its alumni community.


The role will provide essential administrative and operational support to the University of Westminster's Alumni Relations team and its suite of alumni programmes.

The post holder is the first point of contact for our extensive global alumni community, handling a large number of varied enquiries and maintaining the central alumni database.


Key duties include the coordination of logistics and communications related to in-person and online alumni events, which aim to improve student and recent graduate employability.

The role will also support activities and campaigns which celebrate alumni success and alumni volunteers, as well as graduation related engagement.


This is a great opportunity to join a busy, successful Alumni Relations team and develop a varied set of skills and experience.

Hybrid working will include at least one day a week in our central London (Wells Street) office, increasing during times of programme delivery.
