Job Title: Propositions & Insights Assistant (6 month FTC)

Location:
Liskeard Office and travel across Cornwall & Devon as required.


Salary:
£22,000 - £26,000 (pro-rata to reflect 6 months Fixed Term Contract)


Role Purpose:
To support their Manager and the Marketing Team with Campaign facilitation, Market Research, Reporting and Administration.


Main Responsibilities:

To consider the customer experience involved in data findings and to communicate this effectively with the wider Marketing Team to ensure customer needs are met.

To build strong relationships with stakeholders, collaborate effectively and create attractive propositions


Key Activities:

While duties and responsibilities will vary, they typically include:

  • Assisting Marketing & Manager
  • Campaign Support with messaging, data & facilitation
  • Support with revenue, lead and sales generation activity
  • Market Research, Trends & Insights on Target Audiences
  • Ensuring all aspects of campaign readiness are in place (including data feeds for stakeholders)
  • Reporting
  • Ad hoc reporting for Chief Commercial Officer
  • Weekly support with Trading Slides
  • Organisation (admin, data readiness)
  • Assist with advert bookings, Raising PO's, liaising on Invoices, exporting data
  • Working closely with Sales Support & the Creative take to market team.
  • Support with data for Targeted Campaigns

Essential Person Specification

Knowledge:


  • GDPR Knowledge
  • CRM Dynamics (desirable)
  • Industry Knowledge (desirable)
  • Marketing Communications Cycle (desirable)

Skills/Attributes:


  • Fully competent in Microsoft Packages to include Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Visio
  • Attention to Detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous administration of promotional activities (desirable)
  • Research Skills (desirable)

Experience:


  • Experience working in excel, creating reports, taking part in campaigns.

Qualifications:


  • Good level of general education to include Maths and English
