Description

Positive Employment is currently recruiting an experienced Environmental Health Officer for our client based in Walthamstow.

_Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:_

To undertake the Clients statutory functions in relation to Programmed and Reactive Noise
Responding to service requests
Ensuring compliance with codes of practice guidance and legislation, such as Licensing Act enquiries relating to noise
Dealing with filthy & verminous premises

_Requirements:
_

Environmental Health Degree or Diploma or other Noise related qualification
Experience in a range of technical activities relating to the work of the Environmental Protection Team
Experience in enforcing legislation
Experience in giving advice to members of the public, colleagues and external organisations

_Working Hours:
_9:00am - 17:30pm, Monday - Friday_
**_This is a Temporary role but could possibly become permanent_
