Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment training rotas appraisals and performance management
- Drive innovation partner with industry leaders to elevate promote the leisure club
- Oversee day-to-day operation of the leisure club ensuring smooth safe efficient delivery
About The Role The Leisure Club Manager is responsible for overall leadership performance commercial success of Leisure Club at The Belfry Hotel & Resort Working closely with Director of Golf & Leisure colleagues across wider resort Leisure Club Manager will deliver premium member guest experience drive revenue growth ensure consistently high operational standards.
