IT Service Desk Technician

Hammersmith, West London
Salary:
up to £32,000 DOE
We have partnered with an international organisation, who are the leading name within their space. They are looking for an IT Service Desk Technician to join them permanently. This role provides the ultimate opportunity to grow from the helpdesk into thededicated Network, Infrastructure or Cyber security teams.
A typical day-to-day will involve providing proactive 1st line support for incidents and service requests in addition to investigating and implementing ways of reducing calls to the service desk.

Experience needed:
- Basic networking knowledge
- Mobile devices (Android/iOS) / MDM
- Windows 7/10
- Mac OS
- Azure Active Directory including GP
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Office 36
- VOIP telephony systems
- Worked within an ITIL environment / certified
