Imperial Personnel are recruiting for Client Support to join our client in Worksop on a Full-Time and Temp-to-perm basis.


Hours and Pay:

Monday - Friday (08:30 - 17:00)

£23,000 per annum


Responsibilities:


  • To maintain a strong relationship between the client and their customers.
  • Open and maintain customer account with all the desired account information.
  • To provide detailed information about the products and services offered by our client to customers.
  • Any support with customer complaints and come to adequate solutions to these problems alongside the Client Relationship Manager.
  • Handle and manage surveys.
  • To maintain and keep any records of customers, following up with them on a timely basis to provide a greater customer experience.
  • Maintenance of Master Data together with the document file.
  • Management of compliance related tasks whilst working alongside the QA Coordinator when required.

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in using remote support tools and help desk software such as HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoho.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to prioritise tasks and a quickdecision maker.
  • Ability to work in a team and to multitask.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Any customs backgrounds / logistics would be preferred but not required.
