Technical Support Engineer

Salary circa £35,000

HQ - York, North Yorkshire

Responsibilities

  • Investigating and resolving technical incidents
  • Supporting system integrations
  • Managing software releases and upgrades

Experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure stack
  • Experience an API or SaaS based business supporting products
  • Good working knowledge of SQL Server administration and development
  • ASP.NET MVC Knowledge

Skills

  • The ability to manage your workload and prioritise tasks
  • Customer facing skills combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills
