Joining a well established professional services organisation based in Leeds

  • Full time, and permanent role paying up to £25,000

About Our Client:

Page Personnel have partnered with a highly reputable professional services organisation based in Leeds. They are looking for a HR Coordinator to join them on a full time, and permanent basis. You will be based in the office Monday-Friday, and the role is paying up to £25,000.

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • End to end recruitment processes including on-boarding new starters, and processing leavers
  • Maintaining the HR database and employee files
  • Managing HR data including conducting Data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across the HR systems
  • Absence Management
  • Recording of monthly payroll changes and updating the relevant teams

The Successful Applicant:


The successful HR Coordinator will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar HR role
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage work load effectively
  • IT literate with skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
