About Our Client:
Page Personnel have partnered with a highly reputable professional services organisation based in Leeds. They are looking for a HR Coordinator to join them on a full time, and permanent basis. You will be based in the office Monday-Friday, and the role is paying up to £25,000.
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for:
- End to end recruitment processes including on-boarding new starters, and processing leavers
- Maintaining the HR database and employee files
- Managing HR data including conducting Data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across the HR systems
- Absence Management
- Recording of monthly payroll changes and updating the relevant teams
The Successful Applicant:
The successful HR Coordinator will have:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar HR role
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage work load effectively
- IT literate with skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
