About Our Client:
We are working with an established business based in Manchester, know well in the Utilities market.
Assisting to a wide range of Clients in a fast moving market, they are looking for someone for their Service Coordinator role to provide exceptional levels of customer service.
Key responsibilities for the Service Coordinator are:
- Responding and managing customer enquiries with potential and existing clients
- Generate & provide weekly KPI reports
- Adding clients on to the portal wherever possible
- Chase and process quotes
- Escalating queries where necessary to the relevant staff members
- Handling all aspects of customer requests including complaints in a timely and professional manner
The Successful Applicant:
- Great attention to detail
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and progress
- Preferably experience working as or similar role
