Our client, a leading economic consulting firms, providing law firms, corporations, and government clients with clear analysis of complex issues.
Working closely with the Resource Advisor and Resource Manager within the Resource Management team, as well as working closely with the HR team.
KEY DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Collaborating with the Resource Management team and the business to understand requests so resources are allocated effectively
- Liaising, influencing and asking questions to build relationships at all levels
- Helping the Resource Management team monitor capacity and utilisation levels to act where necessary
- Import data to the firms resourcing tool used
- Managing and updating key files within the Resource Management team
- Maintaining system updates with new projects, holidays, extension of bookings
- Responding to resource requests and to match the resource to the request
- Adhoc projects and administration support
The Resource Coordinator will have strong administration and coordination experience within professional services or financial services, have a 'can-do' attitude, be approachable and able to liaise at all levels.
You will be able to work by yourself as well as work closely with the wider team and be able to manage conflicting priorities.
