    Job Title: Legal Executive Search Consultant/ Researcher

    Job Description: This role offers the opportunity to develop into a legal focused executive search Consultant. The primary focus will be on the recruitment of partners for leading law firms. The ideal candidate will develop a deep understanding of the legal industry, exceptional networking skills, and a track record of successful placements within this niche.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with law firm clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
    • Identify, attract, and engage with high-calibre partners. Conduct interviews and assessments of candidates to ensure a match with client needs. Provide career advice and market insights to candidates.
    • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments within the legal industry. Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities.
    • Facilitate the interview and hiring process between clients and candidates. Negotiate salary packages and manage the offer process to ensure successful placements. Provide post-placement support to both clients and candidates.
