Working within our CWF Kids UK LTD concession based in Hoopers, Wilmslow Manchester, you will be working as part of a team to deliver premium customer service with a personal touch, within a premium, designer fashion label setting.

2 days over 7 including weekends_
Competitive rate of pay:
£9.70 per hour dependant on age and experience, plus lucrative monthly and seasonal bonus scheme available.
A history of proven experience with high end customer service preferred.
The successful individual will be supporting the running of our concession based in the Hoopers, Wilmslow Department store. They will be working with brands such as Hugo Boss, DKNY, Timberland and Kenzo.
Responsibilities include:
- _Support of store management on a day to day basis_
- _Ensuring the store delivers premium customer service_
- _Driving sales to target_
- _Store merchandising including changeover of seasons and promotions_
- _Managing stockloss and completing inventories_
- _Maintaining high standards of good housekeeping_
- _Receipt of deliveries_
This role is ideal for any individual interested in working within a high end, fast paced, designer fashion based company.
