Our highly successful client are recruiting for a Fleet Coordinator to support the Service Manager and Fleet Support Manager. You will have experience in a comparable role and looking for a full time, permanent opportunity.


MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Deliver customer experience and customer administration by:

Creating jobs through our processes and systems for the engineers, ensuring all documentation is traceable and uploaded to the systems.

Co-coordinate the activities of the Field Service Engineer

Booking of accommodation for Engineers

Booking Engineers on to Military bases

Arranging services on a 6mth service schedule, mandatory equipment inspection, Safety inspections.

Arranging engineers to attend priority breakdowns.

Ensuring the routes are made in the most efficient way.

Arranging any other works that may be required for the customer.

Maintaining vehicle documentation and vehicle files.

Resolving service queries from bases

Ensuring all snagging reports completed and resolved in a timely manner for new vehicles.

Liaise with the Service Supervisor on progression of works.

Identify chargeable breakdowns.

Produce quotation for chargeable work.

Chase Purchase order for chargeable work

Liaise and build relationships with subcontractors.

Identify chargeable breakdowns

Produce quotations for chargeable work

Ensuring all snagging reports completed and resolved in a timely manner

Generating Quotations

Inputting orders

Resolving procurement queries

Ensuring all company processes and procedures are adhered to.

Ensuring all paperwork produced correctly for the Fleet Manager

Working to the customer Service level agreement and adhering to its processes.

The working hours are 39 hrs weekly. 8 hours daily Mon

  • Thurs with Friday finish at 3:30pm
