The St John's Innovation Park is an area with a sense of place, shared services and common identity where joint social and training events are held and communication on a Park-wide basis has stepped up.
St John's Innovation Centre sits as a hub of the Park, home to 80+ knowledge based & technical businesses, 300 virtual tenants and a popular conference and catering facility.
The Centre café provides a range of freshly cooked meals, other refreshments and of course decent coffee.
You will be responsible for providing marketing services across all areas of the business through producing the monthly newsletter, managing the SJIC website and noticeboards, promoting tenant news and publicising Centre events such as Sundowners (our regular early-evening networking events).
Your efforts will result in a busier café, increased tenant pipeline and star services all in a busy, innovative environment.
Person Specification:
- At least 2 years in a marketing role
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Technical Skills:
- Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Working use of Canva or similar to be able to design posters, presentations, imagery etc.
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter or Facebook (although external agency provides social media service)
- Experience in the use of Eventbrite, Wordpress and Zoho (or similar systems)
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week
Salary:
£26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
