The Role


As their Business Development Manager, you will be focused on leading new business development activities with prospective clients across the UK and Europe.

You will be responsible for driving net new business by leveraging their full suite of digital communicationsproducts and solutions, as well as delighting customers and will work closely with all their functions to generate and develop key client relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building relationships with key stakeholders within key potential clients, ensuring that their portfolio of services and solutions are well understood by prospective clients.
  • Ensuring that you have uptodate knowledge of client white space and power map across all functions.
  • Actively developing additional buying and influencer contacts across the account (with an emphasis on new contacts, new conversations, new solutions).
  • Writing proposals, delivering client presentations and taking an active role in competitive tenders.
  • Participating in ID events, industry awards and other social activities.
  • Ensuring a high standard of client communication with all clients and at every opportunity.
  • Working with their product areas to help identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensuring all processes are adhered to in administering sales, including documentation completion and CRM management is followed and actioned appropriately.
  • KPIs are account sales, profitability, growth goals, and client satisfaction.
Who You Are

  • You have a solid track record of new business development.
  • You're goal orientated with a a target driven and KPI focused mindset.
  • Both a selfstarter and a strong team player with excellent written/verbal communication and organisation skills.
  • Clientfocused approach and ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders on all levels.
  • An interest in selling digital solutions
