This is a very hands on role where you will have responsibilityfor a full caseload and you will run a diverse and expanding caseload from inception through to completion, which will include sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, right to buy, shared ownership and you will build relationships with agents and lendersas this is key to the department's ongoing success.


You will be experienced in residential conveyancing and be committed in providing a high level of customer service and be self-motivated and able to prioritise your time well.
