Responsibilities:
- Signing in and out
- Using our time clock system
- Using the company systems and delivery apps
- Working in a team to complete multiple deliveries daily
- Warehouse organisation and basic stock management
- Order preparation and stock picking
- Loading and unloading goods in and out of company vehicles
- Operating vehicle tail lift
- Operating tools
- Tools and equipment management
- Furniture delivery and assembly ( where appropriate
- Expertise not required )
- Appliance delivery and installation ( where appropriate expertise not required )
- Professional communication with team and management when required
- Professional communication with customers
- Reporting any internal or external issues with management
- Adhering to all processes and policies.
- Safely and efficiently drive a delivery van to transport packages to various locations
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Load and unload packages, which may require heavy lifting
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle
Uniform and tools will be provided where necessary.
Note:
Skills:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience as a van driver or in commercial driving is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy packages and perform physical tasks
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Entry Requirements-
- Driving License
( minimum of two years ): - Comfortable with manual handling
- Comfortable in a physically demanding environment and role
Salary:
£11.50 Per hour
Typical schedule and shift pattern: 37.5 hours ( 08:30am - 16:30pm) 30 minute lunch.
*Monday to Friday ( Saturday shifts are adhoc and staff are required to be available )
