Responsibilities:


Physical Education Teaching:

Plan, organize, and deliver dynamic and age-appropriate Physical Education lessons for primary school students following the curriculum and Premier Education's standards.

Create an inclusive and motivational learning environment that encourages active participation and skill development.
Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback to enhance individual growth.


School Sports Coaching:
Coach and lead primary school sports teams, focusing on teamwork, skill enhancement, and sportsmanship.
Organize and participate in inter-school sports competitions, tournaments, and matches tailored for primary school students.
Develop and implement effective training sessions for various sports, considering the age and skill level of the participants.


Curriculum Integration:

Collaborate with school staff to integrate sports and physical activity into the broader primary school curriculum, contributing to the overall educational experience.

Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the school's Physical Education program.


Student Engagement:
Build positive relationships with primary school students, motivating them to actively participate in Physical Education classes and sports activities.
Organize and participate in extracurricular sports events and initiatives to enhance student engagement and school spirit.


Communication:

Maintain open and effective communication with primary school students, parents, school staff, and colleagues regarding student progress, achievements, and upcoming sports events.

Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure a coordinated approach to student development.


Safety and Compliance:
Prioritize the safety of primary school students during Physical Education classes, sports activities, and competitions.
Implement and enforce safety protocols, staying updated on relevant regulations and certifications.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
  • Teaching certification and/or relevant coaching certifications.
  • Proven experience in teaching Physical Education, coaching sports teams, and working with primary school students.
  • Strong knowledge of various sports and coaching techniques suitable for primary school age groups.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a passion for promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
£11.00-£15.00 per hour
