The Client:

Harmonic operations are thrilled to be working with a creative agency that's one of the top 5, most successful creative agencies in the UK and one of the most well-known and arguably most admired in London.

They are looking for an experienced and enthusiasticSenior Strategist to join their team London.

This creative agency works on some of the most renowned and recognisable advert campaigns in the UK and focusses on advertising, digital, design, social media, technical and direct.

The Role:

This creative agency is looking for someone with good CX experience and knowledge, with projects to demonstrate this.

Ideally you will have strong experience in creating and managing CX maps and will have worked on multiple forms of data.

You will be ableto effectively pull together high-quality client presentations. You will be confident in being in front of clients and managing multiple briefs.

This exciting new opportunity is suitable for a Mid-weight Strategist, or a Senior Strategist with interesting CX experience, or a CX lead or manager who is wanting to work on some of the most interesting and well-known clients in the UK.

You will get the opportunity to work closely with the Executive Experience Strategy Director with this project. The agency focusses on the end-to-end customer experience and their environment is very fast paced.

Responsibilities:

Managing and overseeing the CX maps
Maintaining client relationships
Leading strategic thinking
Looking at end to end customer experience
Identifying customer journeys to map out touchpoints.
Developing innovative ways to solve client needs
Support new business initiatives by recommending approaches and new perspectives
Drive and support culture through development

What We Need to See (Essential):

CX Experience
Experience in working with CX maps
Examples of working with multiple data forms
The ability to pull together client maps and projects
Excellent relationship building skills
Enjoyment from being in a creative environment
Entrepreneurial skills and ambition
Strong time management skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment

£55- 65k dependent on experience
