Property Lawyer - St. Leonards-on-Sea, United Kingdom - Conveyencing Direct
Description
Key Tasks & Activity:
- Assist the Case Handlers by progressing abeyance matters to a contract ready stage
- Undertake and review of client ID's
- Carry out reviews of OCE information charges, restriction, and proprietor
- Request redemption statements
- Liaise with managing agents
- Review PIF and other documentation to ensure complete
- Communicate with clients and all third parties professionally and thoughtfully
- Have a friendly customer service attitude
- Carry out next events / tasks on the OMS and using the "Tasks" progress case
- Proactively progress cases through the OMS
- Attend inhouse training courses
- Attend external courses when appropriate
- Raise matters of concern and interest with CDPL's Senior Management Team
- Attend regular appraisals
- Have and maintain a positive attitude and flexible approach to your work and your colleagues
- Demonstrate a professional work ethic
- Excellent time keeping
- Exhibit a 'can do' attitude within the workplace
- Assist other departments as required by Management Team
- Other duties and responsibilities as the role develops
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook is essential

Qualifications:
- GCSEs in Maths and English, grade C or above
