Key Tasks & Activity:

  • Assist the Case Handlers by progressing abeyance matters to a contract ready stage
  • Undertake and review of client ID's
  • Carry out reviews of OCE information charges, restriction, and proprietor
  • Request redemption statements
  • Liaise with managing agents
  • Review PIF and other documentation to ensure complete
  • Communicate with clients and all third parties professionally and thoughtfully
  • Have a friendly customer service attitude
  • Carry out next events / tasks on the OMS and using the "Tasks" progress case
  • Proactively progress cases through the OMS
  • Attend inhouse training courses
  • Attend external courses when appropriate
  • Raise matters of concern and interest with CDPL's Senior Management Team
  • Attend regular appraisals
  • Have and maintain a positive attitude and flexible approach to your work and your colleagues
  • Demonstrate a professional work ethic
  • Excellent time keeping
  • Exhibit a 'can do' attitude within the workplace
  • Assist other departments as required by Management Team
  • Other duties and responsibilities as the role develops
Skills Required

  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook is essential

Qualifications:
