Description

The role is responsible for the planning, oversight and delivery of projects designed to support improvement in operational delivery and efficiency within the Active Programmes, Community TB Nurses and Active Together services.

The post holder will support the Operational Lead and provide leadership for the development and delivery of identified projects.

This will include, for example, providing leadership for all aspects of events coordination, alongside providing service improvement leadership to the delivery of microsystem or project work.


The post holder will also work closely with Senior Clinicians and other Clinical Managers to coordinate and support the delivery of projects across the CCA Group.

Provide project support to the delivery of key business plans relating to the TPC Directorate.


Assisting the Operational Lead on all aspects of the operational functioning of the services, working as a core member of the team to provide an effective business support to services.


Ensure that P&E schemes have robust and reliable mechanisms for capturing efficiency gains so that they can be easily reported to Finance.


Support the delivery of identified projects and schemes by working with the respective staff groups and services to ensure the delivery of key milestones remains in line with the project plan.

Assist with the delivery of core business functions that support operational delivery of services.

This vacancy is advertised on a fixed term contract basis for a period of 21 months due to the post being recruited as part of a limited term project within the Trust.

The fixed term contract status of the post holder will be reviewed in accordance with the Trust's legal obligations regarding fixed term contracts taking into consideration the requirement for the post to be maintained as a part of the project's implementation and the timescales associated with this.
