Senior Software Engineer - Bedford - Hybrid Working
Are you a senior software engineer looking for the next step in your career? Are you looking to work on cutting edge software which has taken over 10 years to develop?


This business focuses on developing bespoke, fit to purpose software, tailored largely to their customers that operate within critical national infrastructure.

They have been going for over 15 years and have become a house hold name in their industry.


If you are passionate about building bespoke software products from scratch, this business will support and often formulate a new job title to suit.

Don't believe me? Just ask 12 employees who have been there for over 10 years, creating Test, Android, C#Dev, Devops teams across the business.

These employees did not start in their current teams, they have changed their career path because the company is happy to let you forge your own path.


You will have responsibility for the planning, estimating, designing and developing, testing and implementation of projects to a high standard.

There will be a lot of autonomy within this position, given the company has a flat structure.


They have a state of the art office in Bedford and would expect you in the office 3 days a week, these days can be flexible to suit you.

The majority of the team come in Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.


What we're looking for?

  • Solid C#.Net core experience
  • Ability to mentor younger developers
  • Ability to lead on 'Best practise' and correct way to work in an agile environment
  • Azure or AWS

Desirable

  • Angular experience

Interview Process

  • 1 stage hour/90 minute interview on site.
