Purpose of the Role

• Collaborate with Head of Operations to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Collaborate with external clients to understand their recruitment requirements and assist with hiring appropriate talent
• Manage contractor/Interim administration process (timesheets, etc)
• Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating feedback with hiring managers
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards and contractors
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on recruitment activity
• Ad hoc administrative duties

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an external recruiter, preferably in a consultancy or professional services environment
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Highly organised and detailoriented

The role will be home based with a small requirement to travel for interviews and company meetings.

£33,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
