Juice is pleased to be supporting a well-established Interior Design company based in the outskirts of Bath, in their search for a Communications Manager to join their passionate team.

This is a fantastic time to join the team as they go through an exciting period of growth. You will be taking ownership of all aspects of the day-to-day communications strategy. This role is offered as a month FTC.

DAY TO DAY:

Producing an effective strategy for all digital marketing and communication channels
Evaluating the marketing budget guaranteeing that the proposed spend is in line
Placing quarterly goals that align with the businesses objectives
Overseeing the recruitment process for the marketing team
Managing the Marketing Executive ensuring that all digital marketing activity including website, vlogs, newsletters, and social media are produced to a high standard
Identifying and generating digital brand partnerships for social growth
Working closely with the Creative Director to create highquality assets for use on all marketing channels
Creating successful PR strategies and overseeing all PR channels including digital, print media, and social media
Creating a communications strategy with the Head of Client Partnerships to actively engage with clients and industry contacts
Briefing the Marketing Executive on specialist projects and collaboratively agreeing on set deliverables

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

At least 5 years experience working in a similar role
Experience planning and delivering successful multichannel campaigns
A proactive problem solver with strong management skills
Highly organised with fantastic attention to detail and great planning abilities
A driving license is required due to the location of the role
