Are you looking for a stable career within the Food Manufacturing industry? Are you a creative thinker, with an eye for detail?

We are working with a leading Food Manufacturer in Leeming Bar looking to add a Graduate to their New Product Development team, creating new concepts for the industry.

Within the position you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Manufacture of concept samples
Generation of new product ideas
Create Concepts in the Kitchen and Pilot Plant
Artwork approval
Manage, attend and close out trials and pilot plant trials as required
Ensure all samples sent are done so at minimum cost and arrive on time and in good condition
Ensure Customer policies are updated and adhered to during product development

To be considered for the position you must meet some if not all of the following criteria:

Hold a degree in Food Science or technical/quality-related discipline
Have a genuine passion for the Food industry
Be technically focused and highly motivated
Be able to display excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team
