Senior Customer Service Representative - Essex, United Kingdom - Quantum Group

Overall Purpose
To manage job reporting system; schedule service and installation jobs; and provide full administration support within the Customer Services Division
Key Responsibilities
- Managing reports and job queues on job management system
- Call planning, scheduler management and visit confirmation ensuring that SLAs are met
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and engineers
- Stock ordering and stock movement
- Managing the stock database including price increases
- Preparation of job risk assessments and job method statements
- Processing job reports from previous day (cleardown)
- Preparing, issuing and monitoring invoices
- Issuing of handover documentation
- Assisting with any other duties as required
Experience and Skills Required
- Good academic background
- Experience of call scheduling / planning of engineers preferred
- Experience of working in HVAC / renewables environment preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Confidence in using databases
- Data entry skills and accuracy
- Process orientated
- Confidence, flexibility and versatility
- Ability to work well in fastpaced environment under pressure
- Flexible to work additional hours when needed
- Able to adapt work tasks as priorities change
- Full UK driving license and vehicle
Job Benefits
- Full time, on site permanent vacancy
- Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience
- Govt Pension Scheme
- Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
- Immediate start
- Holiday 28 days per annum including bank holidays increases by 1 day per complete holiday year up to a maximum of 5 days
