Anchorage Chambers is a thriving business located in waterfront offices near Media City in Salford Quays, specialising in Nominating & Supervising Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs).

With over 5 years of experience in the field, we are dedicated to creating a relaxed yet highly professional atmosphere and fostering the growth and development of both our business and our employees.

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Meeting of Creditors (MOC) Coordinator.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the MOC process, acting as a liaison between clients and creditors, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.


Responsibilities:


  • Review proposals and prepare for the Meeting of Creditors.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and creditors before, during, and after the meeting.
  • Obtain and organize proxy votes.
  • Log all claims and proxies in the relevant system.
  • Prepare necessary documents following the meeting.
  • Notify regulatory bodies, creditors, and clients about the meeting outcome within statutory timescales.
  • Liaise with clients and creditors regarding modifications or adjournments of the meeting.
  • Maintain accurate case files in accordance with department policies.
  • Issue RX1 forms to the land registry.
  • Set up payment schedules with clients.
  • Handle ad hoc duties and projects as required.
  • Ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act to safeguard client data.
  • Compile all necessary paperwork in accordance with current legislation.
  • Arrange clients' initial IVA contributions.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
