We require an experienced and highly focused Data and Exams Co-Ordinator at Wellfield

School.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Run the daytoday operation of the School's student information system including data collections, ensuring all data is secure and kept up to date.
  • Administer the cover system on a daily basis.
  • Work closely with relevant staff to ensure timetable changes are implemented. Working with relevant leaders, support the timetable planning process each year.
  • Liaise with school's assessment lead with regard to the relevant examination boards requirements.
  • Coordinate the internal and external administration of all examinations.

Job Description:
Data/Exams Co-ordinator


Co-ordinate the day-to-day operations of exams administration and assessment data collection, maintaining records on the relevant systems and databases and providing accurate, timely reporting.

Support school leadership by co-ordinating the daily cover system.


Run the day-to-day operation of the School's student information system including data collections, ensuring all data is secure and kept up to date.

Administer the cover system on a daily basis.

Work closely with relevant staff to ensure timetable changes are implemented. Working with relevant leaders, support the timetable planning process each year.


Support the Trust to meets its statutory duties in the reporting of results, be ensuring accurate data is produced on a timely basis and by keeping up to date regarding DfE policies and initiatives around student achievement and tracking.

Maintain the school's assessment database, providing the accurate assessment information as required.

Support the process of continual improvement and enhancement of the relevant systems and procedures.

Work with relevant staff to collate and input data from primary schools.


Administer exam processes in line with JCQ regulations and ensure that the exam entries are accurate and up to date.

Liaise with school's assessment lead with regard to the relevant examination boards requirements.

Co-ordinate the internal and external administration of all examinations.

Ensure that all records of student progress on exam entries is accurate and up to date.

Recruit, train and deploy exam invigilators.


Ensure statutory procedures and recommendations relating to examinations (including special arrangements) from the DfE, Exam Boards and other relevant agencies are implemented and followed on a timely basis.

Ensure preparations for examinations are completed in a timely fashion, including compiling seating plans and liaising with site staff.
