About the Job
You will be responsible for working collaboratively with the IT Director and Head of IT, in managing & coordinating suppliers, systems and resources, working closely with field-based engineers to coordinate site visits.
Your responsibilities will include, administering starters/leavers requests across multiple systems, monitoring & reporting of systems and ongoing management of adds/moves/changes.
You will raise purchase orders with suppliers, manage hardware assets and keep accurate records to ensure hardware is distributed and only new ordered as required.
About You
You will have a significant understanding on MS365, with excellent IT proficiency. You must be able to plan, prioritise and deliver on multiple tasks, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Customer awareness and the ability to build good working relationships across all functions will be key to this position.
