Key responsibilities:


  • Supporting each stage of the business lifecycle.
  • Supporting RFPs/RFIs/DDQs; assisting with semifinals/finals prep work; maintaining the team's opportunity pipeline, detailed status reports, and creating/updating a variety of other reports.
  • Supporting the Firm's strategic partnerships in the distribution of debt products.
  • Coordinating and contributing to product commentary, customized reporting and thought leadership required for conferences and media engagements.
  • Developing and demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the firm's vehicles and fee offerings.
  • Responsibility for managing overall client relationships and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for the Firm's clients. Identify and address any issues (performance, organizational, asset allocation) that could jeopardize the relationship. Thisincludes the determination and assignment of Business At Risk ranking, and communication of that ranking and action plan.
  • Maintaining client specific information in the Firm's CRM system.
  • Sharing intelligence on investment trends and search activity, learned through the client community.
  • Communicating with the Marketing team to facilitate preparation of proposals and presentations, ensuring materials appropriately represent the firm's capabilities and align with client needs.
**The firm will pay an attractive salary (dependent on experience) - up to £150k (D.O.E) + opportunity to participate in the firm's discretionary, performance-related bonus scheme + benefits.
