We are a well-established family-owned Insulation company, we have identified a position for a Trainee/Experienced Loft Installer to join the Leeds branch of our business.


£30,000-£40,000 OTE

The Role:

As a Loft Installer, your duties will include:

  • Carrying out a comprehensive internal and external inspection of all properties utilizing the pre-inspection report prior to install to ensure suitability of the property and carry out a post inspection.
  • Ensure all works are completed in line with industry and company standards to achieve the set quality targets.
  • Liaising with site managers, full explaining what the installation will involve and ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Ensure all company Health and Safety rules are always adhered to including all team members.
  • Working away at other depots if required to do so. Prior advanced notice will be provided.
Who are we looking for?

  • Current driving licence is essential. Driving endorsements will be checked prior to employment.
  • Excellent face to face communication skills and able to deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
  • Proven ability to selfmotivate, achieve set targets and experience of working without direct supervision, using initiative and working to deadlines
  • Flexible approach to working hours due to the nature of the job including weekend working.
  • Experience of working/complying with Health and Safety policies and procedures
  • Technical knowledge of loft insulation
  • An awareness of environmental issues

Salary:
£30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime

Licence/Certification:

  • Full UK Driving License (required)
  • Valid CSCS Card (required)
