Essential Skills and Experience:


  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Fluent in Italian and a second language (a plus).
  • IT literate, ideally with experience using office software suites.

The Role:

You will join our dynamic administrative team, supporting the smooth functioning of our office environment.

Reporting directly to the Corporate Manager, your responsibilities will include:


  • Administrative Support:_
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Provide support with data entry, filing, and organizing documents to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Customer Service:_
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills.
  • Assist with resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration:_
  • Collaborate closely with team members to support the achievement of departmental objectives.
  • Assist with organising meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes to facilitate effective communication and decisionmaking.
  • Qualifications:_
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
