The Role:
You will join our dynamic administrative team, supporting the smooth functioning of our office environment.
Reporting directly to the Corporate Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Administrative Support:_
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure efficient office operations.
- Provide support with data entry, filing, and organizing documents to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Customer Service:_
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills.
- Assist with resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration:_
- Collaborate closely with team members to support the achievement of departmental objectives.
- Assist with organising meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes to facilitate effective communication and decisionmaking.
- Qualifications:_
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types:

Pay:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
