Lovely award winning SME Creative & digital agency with a great culture are looking for an enthusiastic Resource manager.

This role plays a pivotal role within the successful delivery of all projects across the agency.

You will work closely with the Ops director who will give you full training, development and mentorship so lots to learn and career development

*Very flexible mix of remote working and central London office*The role:

Support the teams in creative development to delivery, partnering with account management and producers
The 'go to' person for all resource requests
Assign resource across creative, studio and production teams
Get to know every one in the agency really well and understand their unique skillsets to resource appropriately. (Heads of departments will support you)
Assess priority on projects
Anticipate future work and projects
Prepare and lead resource meetings
Find freelance talent when required and work with external recruiters when needed
Forecast future hiring
Keep the resource tracking tool updated and accurate

The person:

Can do attitude and willing to learn
Previous experience in Resource ideally but they are also keen to hear from production coordinators, runners or project managers and account executives who have worked within an agency and are keen to transition into a Resource management role
Hands on attitude and collaborative
Organised and good problem solver
Excellent communicator
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Ambitious
