Admin Support Officer (Public sector)
Temporary - Initially 6 months + contract
100 % office-based
Paye - £13.63 ph
We are looking for 1 x Admin Support Officer to work within the Connected Care Service. Connected Care is 24 hours, 365 days a year emergency service. It offers vulnerable residents a personal alarm system that can be activated in an emergency. Additional it provides a mobile response service if there is an emergency in the residents home.
The Admin Support Officer is expected to provide a range of excellent administrative & financial support for the Digital Care Service, to enable the service to expand and promote people's health, safety and independence.
To liaise with service users, their families and care and health professionals to make appointments, process incoming referrals, provide updates and answer appropriate queries and ensuring that all supporting aspects of the end to end process are undertaken effectively so that service users can receive care in a timely and effective manner.
The working pattern for this role is Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.Job Type:
