Description

Tasks required by this job include:

Stock Supplies Ltd is one of the UK's leading suppliers of stretch film and we need to hire a team member as a sales administrator.


Person:


Skilled required but not essential:

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)

Teams and Zoom.

Confident to work with the team.

Knowledge of Online Markets (eBay & Amazon).
Basic Knowledge of Marketing (Face Book Google)


Responsibilities:


  • Providing price and product information to customers.
  • Responds to telephone inquiries from prospective customers.
  • Maintains sales records and accounts and prepares sales invoices.
  • Provides customer service or forwards complaints to the appropriate sales representative.
  • Performs general clerical duties.
  • Taking orders through Telesales from existing customer, also call to the new customers and introduce our products and services

Salary:
£22,000.00-£26,200.00 per year
